​Miiko trained in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, with a previous BA in Acting from Helsinki Theatre Academy.
Before moving to London Miiko worked as an actor in Finland, where his credits include playing Alfred in Dance of The Vampires (Helsinki City Theatre) and Pierre Rivière in Madness and Civilisation (Finnish Radio Theatre). He has a strong background in theatre improvisation, as a performer as well as a coach.
For Miiko, making theatre is all about being open, playful, collaborative and personal.
